父母会在考前想着如何给孩子补补脑,我们会在赶due的时候丢三落四担心这自己是不是要痴呆了。
大脑是人体的重要器官,除了让我们思考,大脑还影响着心跳、呼吸,影响着身体系统的正常运作。
首先要说明的是,没有哪种食物能像灵丹妙药一样,让你一吃就变聪明;但的确有某种吃法,能改善大脑健康。
任何饮食方案都包含两部分:建议多吃的和建议少吃的食物类型。



大脑60%是油脂,其中一半是n-3多不饱和脂肪酸。大脑需要n-3来构建神经细胞和灰质,这直接影响我们的的记忆力、学习能力、决策力和情绪管理。
n-3还可以帮助防止认知能力下降。因为n-3可以增加大脑中抗炎化合物的分泌。
